By Mira Chen — I expanded my land before I had a second stove. Do not do this. Land expansion adds garden plots. More plots with insufficient cooking capacity means you have crops piling up with nowhere to process them.
Expansion Costs and When to Buy
1st Expansion (2,000G, +4 plots): Buy immediately. These 4 extra strawberry plots pay for themselves in about 48 hours.
2nd Expansion (5,000G, +4 plots): Buy after you have 2 stoves. You need cooking capacity before you add more crops.
3rd Expansion (12,000G, +6 plots): Buy after you have 4 stoves. This is your mid-game garden size.
Final Expansion (30,000G, +6 plots): Endgame. Only when everything else is maxed.
